8) Children in Japan always work in city and leave their parents alone because they have their own life and cannot afford to take care of them.
9) In Japan family is responsible to take care of elders not the government, and family always means women.
10) Japanese people live long and the disability rate among elders drop steadily.
11) In Japan there is no enough young people to support retiring, so the population will decline and the consumers also will decline. Because the government doesn't have good profit business and no enough people to pay taxes, they cannot have good welfare.
