A Message to Garcia

I agree with the author. Nowadays, there are fewer and fewer people who are dedicated and responsible like Garcia. Most of the people only work when their boss can see them, they even will shirk their responsibility, or do it halfheartedly if someone ask them to do something. But in my opinion, this kind of people are the most needed by society. If we can work like Garcia, don't ask too much about why we need to do this work not other people and something else which is irrelevant to the work, then we can work better and harder, have implementation capacity and are not slothful. We need to be Garcia in the work, also in the study. We can make a studying plan and do it as soon as possible, keep diligent even though no one supervise us. We can use the spirit of Garcia in everywhere in our life, and to be a person like Garcia.
